PUNJABI CHANNA MASALA

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Ready-to-eat Punjabi
Channa masala
3/4 cup soaked grams
11/2 cups of fresh water
1 tsp oil

METHOD

For this recipe you will have to use pre-soaked grams (soaked up to 6-7 hours).
Put soaked grams in pressure cooker and boil on high flame.
Turn the flame low after two whistles and allow cooking for 30 minutes.

You may serve this Punjabi Channa Masala with puris, parathas, roti or rice also.
